Dispatch via SwissPost will be done within 2-4 business days of placing your order. Shipping will be calculated before you make your payment. We offer free shipping on all orders of CHF 60 and above within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, CHF 80 and above within Europe and CHF 100 and above for all other destinations.

Twigy Twigz does not have access to confidential information relating to the payment method. The information entered is encrypted and transmitted to the companies Stripe and Paypal which manage financial transactions securely without Twigy Twigz or third parties being able to have access to it. During a refund, we can then credit the transaction to this same payment method.
